Administrative Receptionist/Assistant Job Responsibilities Answer & document incoming calls and inquiries Greet all visitors Clerical support (typing, filing, scheduling, etc.
) Schedules and prepares for meetings, workshops, and visitors Coordinates interoffice mail between other sites Responsible for proper staff meeting notes and documentation Abides by HIPPA privacy & security rules Assist with audits/CARF requirements Sorts and distributes incoming mail Conduct daily exclusion check list Store & track meeting documentation Monthly copier reports Enforce & abide by policy and procedure handbook GED or High School Diploma required Job Type:
Part-time Schedule:
4 hour shift Evening shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
