This will be a Full-time position.
Salary will be based on experience.

Scope of Services Management of day-to-day business and affairs of the Corporation and the management and control of its properties.
A.
Coordinate, implement, manage, and support the Highland County Land Reutilization Corporation's (HCLRC) acquisition, disposition, demolition, holding, and redevelopment of distressed properties.

Field Services 4.
Rehabilitation of Property 5.
Planning and Development B.
Maintain complete and comprehensive records of all land bank activities.
Make such public records available upon request.
C.
Assist in the development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for HCLRC operations.
Establish plans to achieve goals set by the HCLRC Board and implement policies, subject to approval by the HCLRC Board.
D.
Other duties as assigned by HCLRC Board.
Minimum Desired Qualifications and Competencies:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 2-year administrative experience Ability to use modern office equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications Fluency with Microsoft Excel specifically Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Time Management skills Accurate, organized, timely in the execution of duties.
Adaptable to change, learn, and grow in position Must be able to communicate with the public as well as other staff members Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds This is a largely sedentary role.
However, the employee is required to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch.
Travel (0 to 5%) will be minimal but may occasionally be required Benefits Offered:
